Overseas posting requirements
- The programme runs for 9 months total, with at least 6 months spent outstationed in the target market
- The employee must be posted overseas to build international market capability for your business
- A clear business case is required, showing how the posting supports your company's overseas strategy
- Any overseas market qualifies as long as there is a genuine business case for the posting
- We help shape the immersion plan and business case that WSG expects to see
Funding breakdown
- Basic salary support of $4,000 to $5,000 per month, capped at $5,000
- Overseas allowance of up to $3,000 per applicant per month for overseas living costs
- Support covers the full 9-month programme duration
- Both salary and allowance components are reimbursed at 70% support by WSG
- Total support per applicant can reach up to $50,400 over the 9 months
